Right of withdrawal

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

Some items cannot be fully returned. Personal wooden items and fragile items such as food, flowers cannot be returned.

In addition, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is credited.

Offer Items (if applicable)

Refunds can only be made for regular priced items, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Replacement (if applicable)

Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you want to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email to: info@nordictimberlove.com and send the item to:
Hasselstigen 1, 562 91 Månsarp (Sweden).

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a coupon corresponding to the purchase value when the item is returned. As soon as we have received the item in return, you will receive a coupon via e-mail.

If the item has not been marked as a gift upon purchase or shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be made to the gift giver and the gift giver will be notified of the return.

Shipping costs

You must pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on which country you live in.

If you are sending an item worth more than SEK 750, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.
